How long is your delivery time?
Generally, it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods are not in stock, it is 15-20 days, depending on the quantity.
Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Yes, we provide samples based on the production cost.
What are your terms of payment?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy), 100% irrevocable LC at sight, Paypal, and Western Union.
Do you provide OEM services?
Yes, OEM is accepted. We can laser-mark your brand on the products and use your custom labels on the packaging before shipping.
What machinery do you use for production?
We utilize high-precision Walter grinding machines imported from Germany to ensure product quality.
